Memo Europe's service & warranty

Memo Europe's products are known to last for years. This is because we take all possible circumstances into account when developing the products. All items are extensively tested, both by us and by independent institutes. In addition, you will find a manual with every Memo Europe product. That is why we give long guarantees on all our products, ranging from 1 to 3 years, depending on the brand/product. If you have any questions about installation or use, please contact us. In the unlikely event that something does break, you will be fine. Parts can be reordered up to five years after purchase. In many cases, you can replace the defective part yourself, but our extensive European dealer network consists of specialists who can carry out all maintenance and repairs in accordance with Memo Europe's standards.

Then go to the dealer who handled the sale or assembly for you as soon as possible with your original purchase receipt. They can help you the fastest and are familiar with the Memo Europe warranty procedure.

Warranty period expired and something breaks?

Then contact your nearest Memo Dealer. This will examine the defect and give you an estimate in advance so there are no surprises. If you agree, this dealer will ensure that you can use your product again as soon as possible.

General warranty conditions

Each product has its own guarantee provision, which is stated in the product manual: how long the guarantee period is and what the guarantee covers.
