Retrofit reinforcement kit
To ensure the quality of our products, we conduct periodic testing. These tests are intended to verify whether the products meet the requirements set by us and those specified in UNECE R55.

A revised testing method has shown that our Fiat Ducato 2006+ chassis extension, with part number 252002, needed to be reinforced in a few areas.

Although no problems have ever been experienced with this product, as a precaution and to ensure continued compliance with applicable regulations, we have put together a reinforcement kit that can be installed by a Memo dealer on chassis extensions that have already been mounted.

Which chassis extensions are eligible for the reinforcement kit?
All 252002 chassis extensions (Fiat Ducato chassis built in 2006 or later) with batch number CVD2306 or higher are eligible for the reinforcement kit. You can check the batch number of your chassis extension using the batch sticker on the back of the chassis adapters (see image below).
