1. STEEL SUPPORT ARMS
The supporting structure is made of galvanized steel. Strong and stable.
2. FASTENING
Secure your bike with the cycling shoes and bicycle arms. The front wheel of the scooter is clamped in the so-called Wheelfix.
3. RAMP
To easily drive your scooter on and off the carrier.
4. LIGHTING
The Zorro Scootbike is equipped with an aluminum light strip with halogen lamps (optionally also available with LED lighting).
5. TILTING LIGHT BAR
The carrier is easy to fold and the light strip tilts automatically.
ZORRO SCOOTBIKE: MULTIFUNTIONAL CARRIER
Taking a scooter and a bike with you on a trip? The Zorro Scootbike makes it possible. With this multifunctional carrier you can transport one scooter and one electric bike (up to 150 kg). It is mounted directly on the chassis for extra stability.
On the Zorro Scootbike, your bike is conveniently placed at knee height. And thanks to the ramp you can easily drive the scooter on and off the carrier. Optionally, the Zorro Scootbike can be equipped with a modern LED light strip.
Mounting on the chassis
The Zorro Scootbike can be mounted directly on the AL-KO motorhome chassis or a chassis extension. You can contact a Memo dealer in your area for this.
Ramp
The Zorro Scootbike is standard equipped with a ramp. To use this, simply attach the ramp to the scooter rails. That way you can easily drive your scooter on and off the carrier. After use, simply place the ramp back on the carrier; on the front, back or bottom. So you always have it within reach.
Fasteners
The so-called Wheelfix is standard included with the Zorro Scootbike. This is a hoop with a folding bracket, in which the front wheel is firmly clamped. For safety, we recommend that you always use a fixation kit (sold separately) in addition. The Zorro Scootbike is prepared for its use.
You attach your bike using the cycling shoes and bicycle arms; these are also included as standard. For safety, we recommend that you always use a lashing strap. The Memo dealer will be happy to advise you on suitable fasteners for your scooter and bike.
Tilting light strip
When you are not using the Zorro, you can easily fold it up. The light strip tilts along, so you do not have to take any extra action. When folded up, the carrier is about 40 centimeters shorter.
European type approval
The Zorro has a European type approval. You are guaranteed to be safe on the road.
* The exact load capacity may vary from vehicle to vehicle. This is because it always depends on the chassis, any chassis extension and the vehicle's overhang (also read our blog article on load capacity and rear axle load). Your Memo dealer will be happy to advise you on the maximum load capacity for your vehicle.
