In motorhomes, it regularly happens that the rear of the chassis hits the ground. This happens when driving on & off ferries as well as high bumps & humps. To protect the chassis, the tow bar & the rear of your motorhome, you can have bumper wheels fitted. This set prevents the chassis from hitting the street when driving up & down ferries, speed bumps, garages etc.

The set of bumper wheels is intended for mounting on chassis or chassis extension. The set consists of two wheels with mounting material and is suitable for most motorhome chassis. The sets can be fitted to the side of the chassis extension as well as to the bottom or rear. Sometimes it is necessary to drill holes in the chassis extension to mount these sets.

It is best to mount these chassis protection wheels as far to the rear of the motorhome as possible. The bumpers have the same hole pattern as the tow-bars and adapter for bicycle carriers and scooter carriers and can therefore be fitted together.
